This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide proper proof such as videos, photos, or unboxing evidence.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting or screen differences

  • Items without proof-of-issue

  • “Sale” or “Clearance” items

SECTION 2 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the product

    • Photos of packaging

    • Clear video proof of the issue (if applicable)

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (only in eligible cases)

FabInventora reserves the right to deny a refund if sufficient proof is not provided.

SECTION 3 – WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive:

  • The wrong product

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect quantity

Contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video proof.
We will ship the correct item or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

SECTION 4 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care items

  • Intimate wear

  • Used items

  • Accessories with hygiene concerns

  • Customized or special-order products

SECTION 5 – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping charges depend on the reason:

✔ If the product is defective or wrong:
FabInventora will cover the return or replacement cost.

✘ If the return is due to customer error (wrong address, refused delivery, etc.):
Customer must pay return shipping fees.

We do not reimburse shipping fees on original orders except in special cases.

SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipment:

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation.
We will try our best to cancel, but cancellation is not guaranteed during high-volume periods.

After Shipment:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
You may still apply for a return (if eligible), but shipping fees may not be refunded.

SECTION 7 – REFUND PROCESSING TIME

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SECTION 8 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank (processing may take time).

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us directly.

SECTION 9 – EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged shipments

  • Wrong product received

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

SECTION 10 – PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

Returned items must be sent back with:

  • Original packaging

  • All accessories

  • Tags/labels

  • Protective materials

Damage caused by poor packaging during return shipping is not our responsibility.

SECTION 11 – UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

A package may be returned to us if:

  • The address was incorrect

  • Courier could not reach the customer

  • Delivery attempts failed

  • The package was refused

In such cases:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Re-shipping fees may apply

SECTION 12 – FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

FabInventora reserves the right to deny refunds or returns if:

  • Fraudulent claims are detected

  • Evidence is inconsistent

  • Customer misuses the return system

  • Excessive return claims are made

We may block accounts attempting repeated abuse.
